Khatuce Charms – Policy Overview

Thank you for shopping with Khatuce Charms! We appreciate your business and ask that you please review our store policies before placing your order.

Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: 3–4 business days
  • U.S. Shipping (via UPS): 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping (via USPS): 1–4 weeks
  • Business days are Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

Recommended:

To ensure safe delivery, we highly recommend adding Signature Confirmation at checkout.

Please Note:

Khatuce Charms is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed over to the carrier.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

  • Allow 24–48 hours for possible delivery updates
  • Then contact your local post office or UPS directly

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and health precautions, all sales are final:

  • NO refunds
  • NO returns
  • NO exchanges

Please double-check your order details before submitting your purchase.

Damaged Jewelry Policy

We only address items that arrive defective or damaged (e.g., broken clasp, missing gems).

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the damage
  • If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion

Order Verification

  • The billing and shipping addresses must match.
  • Orders with mismatched info will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Some items may contain nickel or mixed metals.

Khatuce Charms is not responsible for allergic reactions.

Please purchase carefully if you have known metal sensitivities.

1. How long does shipping take?

Processing takes 3–4 business days. U.S. orders ship via UPS (2–3 business days). International orders ship via USPS and may take 1–4 weeks.


2. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

No. Due to hygiene and safety, all sales are final. Please double-check your order before placing it.


3. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please email Empress@khatuce.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. If approved, we’ll issue store credit or a replacement at our discretion.


4. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. We recommend adding Signature Confirmation at checkout to protect your package.

5. Do your products contain nickel or other metals?

Some jewelry may contain nickel or mixed metals. Please purchase carefully if you have any metal sensitivities. Khatuce Charms is not responsible for allergic reactions.


6. Do you accept offline payments?

Yes! You can pay via CashApp ($EmpressKhatuce) or Zelle (323-828-9044). Please include your name and order number when sending payment, and email proof to Empress@khatuce.com.


7. Do you offer custom orders? (optional)

Currently, we only offer ready-to-ship designs. Stay tuned — custom orders may return soon!
